Must:
- I prefer candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree focused on healthcare, business, or information systems, and the ability to present complex data meaningfully, such as through charts and graphs. - I value adaptability to implement change and strong problem-solving skills. - The ideal candidate should be a team player with multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. - Excellent customer service skills and highly effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary to foster optimal teamwork and education. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities are a must. - I expect at least 5 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems. - The candidate should require minimal instruction on day-to-day tasks and general direction on more complex projects. - They should be capable of developing new functionality for requests with little to no direction and lead multidisciplinary teams throughout projects. - Serving as a mentor or knowledge resource to peers across the community is encouraged. - A detailed understanding of healthcare and systems expertise is necessary, along with excellent project management and communication skills. - While associated certifications in the area of focus are preferred, for Epic Analysts, being certified or proficient in the assigned Epic module (to be obtained within 6 months of employment) is required, along with maintaining current training for new version certifications.

- I need you to analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain assigned applications and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements. - You will independently provide guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives, leading teams through complex integrated testing processes and managing testing projects as necessary. - It is important for you to demonstrate an advanced level of application understanding and apply your expertise to help meet customer goals. Creative problem-solving skills beyond standard recommendations are essential. - I expect you to engage with project team members and stakeholders, ensuring the customer’s needs are represented and providing organized status reports on key project areas for external communication. - You will lead and evaluate process and requirements analyses on complex projects, completing gap analyses and offering cross-application recommendations. - Building strong relationships with client management and being respected as an expert in the field is crucial. - Actively contributing to strategic discussions and demonstrating superior judgment is necessary for this role. - You should adhere to organizational standards for system configuration and change control, and be capable of proposing technical solutions for complex project requirements independently. - You will collaborate with operational leaders to ensure optimal workflow processes and efficient operational practices. - Coordinating code changes with vendors and collaborations with technical teams to identify infrastructure-related issues affecting applications is part of your role. - I need you to proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests independently, while ensuring your design, configuration, and deliverables meet complex end-user needs. - You will manage medium to large-scale and complex projects, completing assignments in a timely manner and contributing to the overall success of departmental missions.

Description

This position is full-time and may require you to travel or work additional hours during critical problems. As part of your role, you may assist in preparing and conducting formal or informal training sessions for users and co-workers. You will also be expected to continuously review and adjust your skills and work ethics to maintain positive team interactions. You should display exceptional ability in spotting opportunities and proactively plan projects within the application scope. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
