Must:
- I prefer candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree focusing on healthcare, business, or information systems. - You should be able to present complex data meaningfully, such as through charts and graphs. - I value your ability to adjust to and implement change effectively. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential. - You will need to work well as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. - Excellent customer service skills are crucial. - Your written and verbal communication skills must be highly effective to establish working relationships that foster optimal teamwork and education. - Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities are necessary. - I expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems. - You should require minimal instruction for day-to-day work and general direction for more complex tasks and projects. - I look for someone who can develop new functionalities for requests with little to no direction and lead multidisciplinary teams throughout projects. - Regular mentoring or serving as a knowledge resource to peers is essential. - You should work collaboratively in a team setting, sharing information and assisting junior team members. - A detailed understanding of healthcare knowledge and systems expertise is necessary. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with project management capabilities, are expected. - Relevant certifications in your area of focus are preferred. - For Epic Analysts: You must be certified or proficient in the assigned Epic module (must be obtained within 6 months of your employment date), and you are expected to maintain current certifications or proficiencies by completing new version training.

- You will analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements. - You will provide guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives. I need you to demonstrate the ability to lead the team through complex integrated testing processes and manage testing projects as necessary. - Your advanced application understanding will help us meet customer goals and outcomes, including tackling new problems using creative problem-solving techniques beyond standard recommendations. - You will apply an advanced understanding of clinical/business operations, processes, and workflows, discussing dependencies with project team members and stakeholders. - It is crucial for you to maintain collaborative customer relationships and ensure the customer's needs are fully represented in all updates. - You will provide clear and organized status reporting on key project areas for external communications to stakeholders. - You will lead and evaluate process and requirements analysis and complete gap analysis while providing cross-application recommendations. - You are expected to develop strong relationships with client management at all levels and be regarded as an expert by clients and end users. - You are expected to contribute to strategy discussions, proactively identifying options with associated pros and cons. - Adhering to organizational standards for system configuration and change control is essential. - You will be responsible for understanding complex requirements of end users and project goals, proposing technical solutions for design and configuration needs independently. - Developing strong relationships with end user communities, customers, and business partners is a key aspect of your role. - Collaboration with Operational Leaders to focus on standardized best practice workflow processes is necessary. - You will coordinate code changes with vendors regarding financial and business application issues and collaborate with the Technical Team to address infrastructure-related issues causing application problems. - Sharing industry best practices from vendors with Operational Leaders will be part of your responsibilities. - You will serve as a liaison between business operations, providers, internal IT, system users, and vendors, ensuring smooth project objectives for issue and problem resolution. - It's crucial for you to follow strict change management processes for system changes. - You will review and provide feedback on documentation by others and articulate complex concepts appropriately based on the audience. - Continuous self-review and adjustment of skills, work ethic, and behaviors to ensure positive team interactions are expected from you. - Proactively troubleshooting and resolving incidents and requests without direction will be part of your daily responsibilities. - Your design, configuration, and deliverables should demonstrate exceptional ability to address complex user needs, setting a high standard for project quality. - You will independently manage medium to large-scale and complex projects or requests, collaborating with team members as needed. - Timely completion of assigned educational courses through Healthstream and attendance at presentations is required. - You must ensure that the services you provide contribute to the successful accomplishment of the department's primary mission. - You will lead and coordinate across applications for high-impact vendor changes. - Travel may be required to perform your duties, and you may need to work additional hours during critical problems. - Assisting in the preparation and conducting of training sessions for users and co-workers is expected. - I look for someone exceptional at spotting opportunities and proactively planning projects and tasks within applications. - Performing other duties as assigned will be part of your role.
