Requirements

Must:
- Over 3 years of IT support experience, particularly in an MSP setting - Proficient in Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration - In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration - Capable of troubleshooting networking issues including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP - Familiar with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user identity management - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities - Exceptional communication skills and documentation practices - Skilled in managing multiple tickets and priorities in a high-pressure MSP environment - Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet access - *Preferred Qualifications:* - CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous - Familiarity with Datto RMM, Autotask, or similar MSP software - Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, and network infrastructure - Knowledge of virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware - Experience in healthcare IT or HIPAA-regulated environments - Previous MSP experience supporting diverse client environments

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve escalated Level 1 tickets related to Windows systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud services - Administer and support Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and user identity management - Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, VPN-related problems, and firewall configurations - Manage and maintain servers, virtual machines, and core infrastructure elements - Execute advanced troubleshooting for workstation, server, and application challenges - Assist with Microsoft 365 administration tasks including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams - Document troubleshooting processes, resolutions, and system modifications within Autotask PSA - Engage in client onboarding, system implementations, and infrastructure enhancements - Collaborate with Level 1 technicians by providing guidance and technical assistance - Adhere to prioritization protocols and Service Level Agreement response standards - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and security regulations when handling client information - Deliver high-quality, professional support to both technical and non-technical end users
