Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, particularly within a managed services setting, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
- Strong skills in administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity solutions and Conditional Access.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune, as well as Windows Server/Active Directory management.
- Proven experience with cross-tenant and on-premises cloud migration processes.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow or Autotask and operating within SLA frameworks.
- Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance standards, and hardening protocols (CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with strong communication skills, capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating with clients.
- Valid Microsoft certification(s), such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and enhance Azure infrastructure solutions, including virtual networks, NSGs, firewalls, and governance policies.
- Manage Microsoft 365 and associated cloud services; configure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Plan and implement cloud migration initiatives, transitioning from on-premises to Azure/Entra ID and Exchange Online, as well as executing tenant-to-tenant migrations for Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Provide advanced support for cloud environments, delivering L3 troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, patch management, and resolving incidents to ensure adherence to client SLAs.
- Implement and oversee security solutions, maintaining Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Office 365/Azure Defender while applying security standards such as CIS, NIST, and ISO.
- Develop and sustain automation and Infrastructure-as-Code, utilizing PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform to optimize deployment processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation and runbooks, producing clear guides and knowledgebase articles for frequent procedures and incident responses.
- Participate in on-call rotations, offering after-hours support as necessary to address critical client concerns.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, facilitating client workshops, guiding migration strategies, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Ensure business continuity by designing and validating backup and disaster recovery plans for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
