Requirements

Must:
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. - At least two (2) years of experience delivering application support, help desk, or IT customer service in a professional setting. - Experience in Federal, DoD, or Army IT environments is preferred. - Proven experience in managing trouble tickets, supporting user access, issue triage, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. - Must be a U.S. citizen. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. - Ability to successfully pass a background investigation (National Agency Check or higher), as necessary.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary intake point for TAP IT trouble tickets concerning the TAP Database System, TAP Virtual Center Tools, and Government Furnished IT equipment. - Log, classify, prioritize, and monitor tickets following established procedures and severity levels. - Conduct initial triage to determine the proper resolution path or escalation process. - Resolve routine issues related to user access, permissions, accounts, connectivity, and functionality within authorized limits. - Document all actions, timelines, and outcomes according to ARIMS and contract requirements. - Escalate complex or systemic issues to the System Design / IT Liaison and appropriate Government IT stakeholders. - Coordinate resolution efforts and ensure issues are tracked to closure. - Support testing and validation of system fixes and enhancements before enterprise release. - Participate in ongoing coordination meetings as required. - Ensure that Counselors, Regional Managers, Installation Managers, and Government Stakeholders have continuous access to TAP systems. - Monitor ticket trends and identify recurring issues or gaps impacting service delivery. - Identify and report data inconsistencies, user errors, or system behaviors affecting reporting accuracy. - Assist in compiling metrics, summaries, and presentations related to system performance and support trends. - Review and recommend updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids when there are system or policy changes. - Adhere to cybersecurity and information assurance requirements as outlined in AR 25-2. - Complete all mandatory Government and contract-required training.
