Lead Network Admin

- Direct the design, implementation, and upkeep of enterprise network infrastructure such as LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connections. - Propel network modernization projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. - Assess and propose network hardware, software, and innovative technologies to enhance performance and security. - Create and maintain documentation, diagrams, and standards for network architecture. - Spearhead network security control implementation, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including audit requirements and internal controls. - Aid in preparing for internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and remediation strategies. - Oversee vulnerability assessments, patch management, and network incident response. - Manage the administration, monitoring, and upkeep of network systems to guarantee optimal performance. - Diagnose complex network issues and provide advanced technical support for critical incidents. - Ensure proper backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for all network systems. - Track network performance metrics and implement enhancements to meet service level expectations. - Lead network-related projects to ensure timely delivery within designated scope and budget. - Provide guidance and mentorship to Network Administrators and IT staff. - Establish standards and best practices for network operations and security. - Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and service providers for infrastructure initiatives. - Work with business units to identify technological needs and propose effective solutions. - Provide high-level support for systems such as Remote Deposit Capture and Cash Management platforms. - Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
