- Must be eligible to obtain and sustain a gaming license

Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for end users seeking technical support
- Provide timely updates (both written and verbal) to users regarding their support cases
- Set up, install, configure, test, and upgrade all new and existing employee equipment, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, desk phones, and software
- Troubleshoot basic system and network issues
- Collaborate with vendor support to resolve technical challenges
- Offer training and orientation for staff regarding the use of hardware and software
- Maintain an inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
- Oversee audio and video systems
- Support all local and remote users

Description
We are looking for an IT Technician II to help us with hardware and software challenges and provide general maintenance and troubleshooting for our IT needs. In this role, you will be expected to work in a smoke environment and may require occasional periods of standing or walking. We ask that all employees meet the physical demands essential to their job functions, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. Physical tasks may occasionally involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing 20-50 pounds, and sometimes over 50 pounds.
