IT technician - support and troubleshooting

We are looking for an IT Technician II to help us with hardware and software challenges and provide general maintenance and troubleshooting for our IT needs. In this role, you will be expected to work in a smoke environment and may require occasional periods of standing or walking. Physical tasks may occasionally involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing 20-50 pounds, and sometimes over 50 pounds.
