Requirements
Must:
- A four-year degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in:
- SQL Server
- OOP languages (preferably .Net)
- HTML
- JavaScript jQuery
- CSS
- WordPress
- Preferred experience includes:
- IIS
- Understanding of Ecommerce and ERP systems
- RESTful JSON or XML
- Visual Studios environment
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and task-oriented.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements of Cherokee Federal.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ancillary software necessary for website operations.
- Oversee website databases, ensuring backup, restoration, and offsite contingency plans are in place.
- Offer insights on content creation, design improvements, and usability enhancements.
- Continue development efforts to enhance the usability and functionality of client Ecommerce and data-driven web applications, documenting changes and updates thoroughly.
- Recommend performance boosts, optimizations, and software updates within the web development and support environment.
- Ensure compliance with government IT security standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned related to the role.
