Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active Interim Secret Clearance or higher
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and applications
- Proficient in Apex programming and declarative tools such as Flow and Omnistudio
- Minimum of 3-5 years working with Omniscript, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and Flex cards
- Experience in developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator)
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is desirable
- Experience in development projects using DevOps and Salesforce configuration
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of general work experience
- At least three (3) years of experience deploying Salesforce production applications in DoD environments
- Experience with full-stack engineering, including database development/integration

Responsibilities
- Craft, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and additional Salesforce technologies
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to capture requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, encompassing design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Utilize Flow for complex requirements while bridging to code when necessary
- Generate efficient and scalable code while adhering to best practices and industry standards
- Create Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages to fulfill business requirements
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems for smooth data flow
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and compliance with standards
- Identify and resolve issues in Salesforce applications promptly
- Team with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and QA testers, to guarantee successful project completion
- Stay informed on Salesforce updates, new features, and trends, recommending enhancements to development processes
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
