Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or Power Platform development
- Proficient in data collection, integration, transformation, and modeling
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboard and report development
- Skilled in creating advanced data visualizations and user-friendly reporting solutions
- Knowledgeable in administering and maintaining enterprise BI environments
- Familiarity with data integration from financial management systems (experience in government preferred)
- Experience across various platforms, tools, and data environments
- Proven capability to manage the entire project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to pass pre-employment qualifications as mandated by Cherokee Federal
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and system architects to establish data requirements and design solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical data solutions
- Conduct end-to-end data lifecycle activities, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including financial management feeder systems
- Design and implement customer-facing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Create sophisticated data visualizations to aid decision-making at operational and executive levels
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Power BI environments hosted within Army infrastructure
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance of data across analytics platforms
- Support knowledge management initiatives through structured data and reporting solutions
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for deployed analytics tools
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned

The estimated starting salary for the Sr. Power Platform Developer/IT Analyst Sr. role ranges from $120,000 to $135,000, with compensation reflecting experience.
