We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- A Masters Degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in program management.
- Proven supervisory experience in supporting intricate research, engineering, development, and technology programs.
- In-depth understanding of defense agency operations and enterprise transformation projects.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodology and process reengineering.
- Strong analytical capability, particularly in risk assessment and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques and the development of integrated software/database systems.
- Excellent leadership skills for cross-functional teams and interdepartmental coordination.
- Effective training abilities, with extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for influencing senior decision-makers.
- A strategic outlook with a systems-oriented approach to resolving enterprise-level challenges.
- A solid understanding of IT systems in large, complex organizations.
- An active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities
As a Senior BRP Business Analyst, youll be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive business process analysis and improvement to support our modernization efforts.
- Utilizing methodologies such as activity modeling, data modeling, transaction flow analysis, risk analysis, and performance measurement.
- Leading the standardization of information systems procedures and integrating shared software and database systems.
- Identifying and implementing logical, cost-effective business improvement opportunities aligned with Information Management and open architecture principles.
- Overseeing transitions of project teams and facilitating the achievement of project objectives.
- Serving as a key coordinator for enterprise-wide reengineering initiatives among multiple project teams.
- Designing, developing, and delivering tailored Lean Six Sigma training to diverse audiences.
- Providing group facilitation, knowledge transfer, and coaching in process improvement methodologies.
- Advising leadership on organizational, strategic, and technical implementation of Business Transformation approaches.
- Managing and executing complex Lean Six Sigma projects and events.
- Analyzing data from large-scale IT initiatives and offering comprehensive, actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
- Performing additional job-related tasks as assigned.
