Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to procure and maintain a VA Public Trust Clearance.
- Possess Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications (or be able to achieve these within 90 days).
- Obtain a Bachelors degree with 5 years of Salesforce or related software development experience, or an Associates degree with 7 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce architecture and capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, and REST APIs.
- Experience working with REST and SOAP services using XML and JSON.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Apex HTTP classes including HTTPRequest and HTTPResponse.
- Understanding of Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements of Cherokee Federal.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API services.
- Work collaboratively with consultants and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure delivery of high-caliber solutions.
- Implement intricate business logic, workflows, triggers, and automation processes.
- Construct and manage secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
- Ensure that solutions meet Salesforce best practices as well as federal security and compliance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and managing release activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, technical designs, and deployment workflows.
- Offer technical support and problem resolution for deployed solutions.
