Salesforce Consultant - Experience Cloud Expert

- Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and requirement workshops with WHS stakeholders - Prepare and facilitate assessments of current states, process mapping, and design sessions for future states - Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams - Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional design documents - Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects to ensure business needs are met with scalable Experience Cloud solutions - Configure and implement Experience Cloud solutions, including portals, user access, page layouts, and workflows - Design and enhance user journeys within Experience Cloud (login, case management, self-service, etc.) - Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile delivery tasks - Validate solutions through demonstrations, prototypes, and feedback loops from stakeholders - Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which includes creating test scenarios and defect management - Offer training frameworks and support strategies for end-user adoption in collaboration with BA/support teams - Ensure adherence to federal security, governance, and data standards - Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders regarding Salesforce features, limitations, and best practices
