Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph.
- At least 8 years of experience in Army Military Intelligence, with relevant analysis experience in the SIGINT/EW field, including at least part of this experience within the last 2 years.
- A minimum of 8 years in roles such as 35N or 35P, 352N; encompassing both tactical and operational experience as an intelligence professional across MICO, BCT, and DIV-Corps level echelons.
- Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or an equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (e.g., NGA College, NSA ADET).
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- In-depth mission knowledge and skills demonstrating completion of all necessary developmental training for the SIGINT/EW Scripter role.
- Ability to interpret complex, indirect, or technically advanced information.
- Proven capability to analyze based on reporting trends and a variety of perspectives from different analysts and organizations.
- Independence in working with minimal supervision and direction.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with other Intelligence Community members for information sharing and conflict resolution.
- Ability to craft concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products.
- Proven leadership ability in addressing complex or critical issues within a team setting.
- Must successfully pass Cherokee Federals pre-employment requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Instructor/Operator (I/O) support to develop training products, documentation, strategies, and materials, while also providing instruction in SIGINT/EW.
- Develop and update training products and classes pertaining to Tactical through Strategic Intelligence Systems/Capabilities, presenting to units about current and future capabilities.
- Support operational tests and training product development using the Training Development Capability (TDC) database, along with providing daily operational IT assistance.
- Offer support to other Intelligence System Network Engineers (NETs) and contribute insights to the Training Developers/Instructors in the Directorate of Training (DOT).
- Execute additional job-related tasks as assigned.
