Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems or a related field with a focus on Project Management
- At least twelve (12) years of pertinent experience
- Proven experience in managing technical/IT projects for clients and overseeing technical resources
- Strong familiarity with client field environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and develop plans
- Competence in delivering tasks under tight deadlines in fast-paced conditions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the Customers Project Management Framework
- Proficient in creating and implementing changes to schedules
- Knowledge of the Customers official messaging system
- Understanding of the Customers organizational policies and procedures
- Experience in project organization and tracking
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Access
- Commitment to excellent customer service and timely fulfillment of critical requirements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic setting
- Highly mission-oriented
- PMP and ITIL foundations Certification are preferred
- Must successfully complete pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive PMF program management for designated IT project(s), including schedules, control gates, and deliverable verification
- Develop, adjust, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and outputs utilizing MS Project and other client collaboration tools
- Create and maintain essential project documentation, ensuring PMF deliverables are documented
t- Provide technical writing support and project documentation
- Manage version control of draft and finalized documents
- Ensure project team action items are tracked to completion
- Handle project procurement and documentation, coordinating directly with the Procurement/Logistics Team
- Formulate project timelines and schedules
- Create and deliver project briefings for stakeholders
- Generate project status updates and reports
- Utilize insights and expertise across teams and external offices
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and customers to confirm requirements and support deliveries
- Work with security personnel to ensure project certification and accreditation
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
