Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the willingness to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.
- At least four (4) years of experience related to the Aerospace Engineer role, with some experience within the last two (2) years.
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in applying advanced intelligence concepts, principles, regulations, and techniques.
- Familiarity with analytic tradecraft standards, compliant with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and DIA guidance.
- Advanced understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) missions and operations.
- Must fulfill pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal.
Responsibilities
- Offer engineering or scientific analysis support for assessments of U.S. export license applications.
- Conduct engineering or scientific analysis for Risk Assessments concerning Technology Transfer.
- Provide support for evaluations of foreign investments.
- Perform S&TI analysis to identify, evaluate, and alert on emerging disruptive technologies with potential military applications.
- Create complex analytical methods for issues with incomplete or controversial data.
- Innovate analysis approaches and validate findings, as well as manage extensive intelligence databases to support ongoing projects.
- Gather, summarize, and interpret extensive textual and technical intelligence information.
- Develop comprehensive written assessments and distribute findings through reports and presentations.
- Examine and integrate complex all-source intelligence data relevant to technology transfer topics.
- Present and justify analytical results while coordinating with peers across the Intelligence Community.
- Carry out additional job-related tasks as assigned.
