Requirements
Must:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Active VA Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain it.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of general professional experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience in software troubleshooting.
- Experience in public sector environments or Salesforce implementation projects is preferable.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including core functions and data models.
- Proficient in QA tools and practices, including test management and defect tracking systems.
- Experience in test planning, case design, and execution within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, with experience in Agile development teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working across various teams.
- High attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Drive process improvements, optimizing tools for test automation.
- Translate user stories and defect resolutions into clear, executable test scripts.
- Carry out manual testing to verify system functionality and performance.
- Monitor, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to validate Salesforce configurations and functionality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and system administrators to collect requirements ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing to ensure Salesforce applications meet quality standards.
- Identify, document, and manage defects using a tracking system while collaborating with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Create and maintain test data and environments to support accurate testing scenarios.
- Develop automated testing scripts to enhance efficiency and minimize manual effort.
- Participate in release management activities, including reviewing deployment plans and app readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing reflects end-to-end business processes.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and industry best practices to evaluate their impact on testing strategies.
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations for enhancing user experience and system performance.
- Complete other job-related duties as assigned.

This position will mainly focus on functional, nonfunctional, and regression testing as well as reviewing requirements, specifications, and design documents. We offer a competitive starting salary in the range of $65-75k, with pay corresponding to experience.
