Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or four to six years of equivalent experience
- Must possess a valid PIV or ability to obtain one at the start of employment
- Proven experience in incident, problem, and request management processes using ITIL service framework and best practices
- Familiarity with working in an IHS environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and dismantle MTKs on location, including hardware assembly and software installation
- Image devices and ensure accurate system configuration
- Establish network connections and confirm connectivity for MTKs
- Install necessary applications and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Verify kit inventory accuracy and maintain comprehensive records
- Report the status of all MTK setups, incidents, requests, and issues to the IT Logistics Manager
- Collaborate with IHS entities to address technical challenges and ensure successful MTK deployments
- Investigate, prioritize, research, and document user problems in detail within tickets; escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate higher-tier team
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and related peripherals supporting the MTK
- Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy, documenting any discrepancies
- Securely package parts for outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
