IT Helpdesk Support

- Provide help desk assistance for DGMH systems, monitoring and addressing user inquiries and service requests - Oversee and manage help desk tickets to ensure timely resolutions and follow-ups - Assist in onboarding new personnel, encompassing system access, training, and support - Execute data entry, tracking, and monitoring tasks across various systems and spreadsheets - Clean, prepare, and validate data for transfer, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Carry out basic data quality assessments and address discrepancies when needed - Scan, organize, and uphold electronic documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness - Maintain and manage shared inboxes and communication platforms for system support - Prepare daily or weekly activity reports for stakeholders as necessary - Collaborate with IT vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot system challenges - Aid in special projects and high-priority data processing assignments - Work together with program staff to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of activities
