Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and associated tools)
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Extensive experience throughout the complete data lifecycle (requirements gathering, data sourcing, transformation, modeling, and visualization)
- Skilled in designing dashboards and reports featuring advanced data visualizations
- Experience in creating digital workflows, applications, and knowledge management solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and data platforms (preferably within government/Army organizations)
- Experience in administering and maintaining Power BI or enterprise analytics environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Must meet pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal
Responsibilities
- Work closely with functional owners, SMEs, analysts, and end users to gather requirements and transform business needs into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and associated tools
- Create customer-facing dashboards and reports featuring advanced data visualizations to aid operational and executive decision-making
- Carry out end-to-end data lifecycle processes, covering data sourcing, transformation, modeling, and visualization
- Develop digital processes, workflows, and applications to facilitate business transformation and knowledge management initiatives
- Integrate data from various enterprise IT and Army systems to establish centralized analytics environments
- Administer, maintain, and enhance Power BI and related analytics platforms hosted within Army infrastructure
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and performance of data across all solutions
- Assist with troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing support of deployed applications and dashboards
- Communicate technical insights and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in digital processes and analytics capabilities
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

The estimated starting salary for the Information Technology Analyst - Mid position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000, with pay based on experience.
