Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to successfully pass and maintain a government polygraph (post-hire requirement)
- Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
- DoD Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification
- Familiarity with EverFox High Speed Guards
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to identify the most effective implementation strategy
- Schedule and participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss and outline design and implementation aspects
- Collaborate on implementation plans and timelines with technical and project management personnel
- Address and resolve service disruptions, technical inquiries, and various system-related challenges
- Install firmware updates on physical hardware components such as DellEMC, SANs, and switches
- Monitor and diagnose the performance of Everfox/Forcepoint products
- Design, engineer, and implement HSG rulesets
- Perform additional job-related duties as required
