Help Desk Support Agent

- Must be a US Citizen with an active Public Trust or the ability to obtain one - High school diploma or equivalent is required - A minimum of one year experience in a call center or help desk environment is preferred - One year of customer service experience is preferred - Proficiency in Windows 10 and basic computer knowledge - Familiarity with web browsers including MS Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams) - Understanding of file structures and basic computer tools (e.g., snipping tool) - Experience with CRM or ITSM tools for incident logging and tracking - Ability to learn and retain complex information is preferred - Excellent grammar and writing skills in both English and Spanish are required - Professional speaking skills in English are mandatory - Must be able to see, hear, read, and write - Capability to multitask in a high-volume help desk or contact center environment - Strong judgment and compassion in assessing and mitigating complex issues - Must have a remote work setup with reliable internet and a distraction-free environment - Ability to pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
