Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Preferred experience in situational training
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capability to effectively embody assigned roles
- Proficient in English, able to communicate with Team Leaders
- Ability to follow verbal instructions from Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC)
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications for Cherokee Federal
Responsibilities
- Conduct communications in the designated language, adhering to oral and written grammar standards
- Realistically portray HUMINT and CI sources in various role-playing scenarios
- Memorize key data related to each role
- Maintain familiarity with assigned role, minimizing reliance on the role script
- Provide information based on students interview skills and questioning techniques
- Perform additional job-related tasks as required
