Requirements

Must:
- Must possess an active Top Secret / SCI security clearance. - A minimum of 8 years of experience relevant to the Cyber Analyst role, including experience within the last two years. - A Bachelors degree is preferred. - Thorough knowledge of the mission with a completion of all necessary training and experiences for the position. - Ability to interpret and communicate complex information effectively, even when it is incomplete or indirect. - Skill in conducting analyses based on reported trends from various analysts and organizations. - Capacity to operate independently with little oversight. - Proven ability to work collaboratively with other Intelligence Community members on information sharing and conflict resolution. - Proficiency in crafting insightful and comprehensive analysis products. - Demonstrated leadership skills in addressing multifaceted or critical issues. - Ability to guide the selection and application of analytic methodologies. - Proficient in challenging perspectives using argument evaluation and validated analytic techniques. - Competent in the specific functions outlined in the job description. - Familiar with Intelligence Community and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. - Ability to operate semi-independently with guidance. - Logic-based synthesis of multiple information sources is essential. - Capable of interpreting the significance and implications of analyses. - Able to adapt analytical judgments based on fresh information and changing circumstances. - Efficient in producing timely and organized analytic reports using Microsoft Office tools. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to grammar. - Familiarity with structured research methods, ensuring security and data protocol compliance. - Able to identify nuances and discrepancies in information. - Knowledge of complex analytic methodologies to mitigate uncertainties. - Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of intelligence collection. - Competent in engaging with collection managers and developing collection requirements. - Must successfully pass pre-employment checks by Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement cyber capabilities and processes to identify threats and enhance awareness. - Execute an enterprise security risk management framework across Government and industry partners. - Provide Cyber Intelligence analytical support to the Joint Cyber Intelligence Tool Suite (JCITS), validating and ingesting indicators of compromise (IOC). - Create and support cyber threat products and briefings to raise awareness of potential threats. - Generate Activity Reports from Mandatory Incident Reports (MIR) with analytical evaluations in the DCSA system. - Draft Shared Indicator Bulletins in compliance with IC standards to highlight emerging trends and strategic issues. - Assist in the production of classified CI Cyber threat materials that detail new trends in Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) targeting. - Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to cultivate information sharing, awareness, and responsive actions. - Engage in CI cyber events or working groups. - Distribute Mandatory Incident Reports (MIR) to DCSA field personnel. - Publish evaluations and recommendations related to CI cyber products.
