- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer Service Training (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and oversee reception functions
- Review, log, and distribute ServiceNow tickets following PB security protocols
- Print signage inserts and help with administrative duties
- Keep track of Lost & Found items and follow up on closed tickets
- Prepare monthly reports and collect customer feedback
