Requirements
Must:
- Masters Degree in a STEM field
- Over 12 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with program protection, anti-tamper, critical program information, or similar security fields
- Active Secret clearance
- Proven ability to create and execute Anti-Tamper strategies, with hands-on experience in Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments
- Strong expertise in conducting criticality analyses, with knowledge of DAU methodologies and DoD Instructions 5200.39, 5000.83, and other relevant DoD security directives
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic setting
- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus
- Experience in supply chain risk management in a Department of Defense context
- Understanding of Missile Defense Agency operations, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) as they relate to program protection
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and sustain detailed Anti-Tamper plans for all designated systems, aligning with DoD Instruction 5200.39 and other guiding documents.
- Lead the process of identifying and analyzing Critical Program Information (CPI) for all program systems as per the methodology in DoD Instruction 5200.39.
- Conduct thorough criticality analyses for all program systems, pinpointing mission-critical functions, components, and technologies whose failure could lead to unacceptable outcomes such as mission failure or significant financial loss.
- Assist the Program Office Protection Lead and act as the primary liaison for all inquiries related to technology protection.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
