Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or
- Associate degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
- High School diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
- Must pass a background check and be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or CSM.
- Preferred: ITIL v3/4 Foundation.
- Proficient in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discovery sessions.
- Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative workshops with FCC stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow-compatible solutions.
- Oversee the entire requirements lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including the creation of detailed Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Work alongside Product Owners and developers to prioritize the ServiceNow backlog based on business value and technical dependencies, and support roadmap alignment.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which includes developing test scripts, managing tester involvement, and validating the Definition of Done.
- Collaborate with program managers, product owners, and technical teams to ensure that ServiceNow functionalities align with business objectives.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for end users as necessary.
- Document configurations and maintain comprehensive operational procedures for continuity.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
