Senior Systems Engineer, Cloud & DevOps

- Provide systems engineering expertise to MARFORCYBER, assessing technology maturity and platform requirements. - Develop, maintain, and implement Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs) in alignment with other program plans. - Conduct technical planning, defining scope, objectives, risks, and establishing schedules and costs. - Utilize quantitative and visual methods for decision analyses, developing evaluation criteria, assessing alternatives, and making recommendations to government decision-makers. - Create Technical Assessment Reports by analyzing program health, risk, and technical maturity, providing strategies to mitigate risk and advising on technical readiness. - Manage requirements through Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), support the development of ICDs, AoAs, CDDs, CPDs, and convert capability objectives into technical specifications. - Maintain a risk register and checklists, developing Risk Mitigation Plans to reduce adverse project effects. - Conduct requirements analysis to outline system functions, constraints, and performance metrics; translate user needs into technical specifications. - Support implementation by analyzing constraints, developing prototypes, documenting production issues, and integrating and verifying system elements. - Oversee verification processes to ensure systems comply with regulations and specifications. - Assist in validation activities throughout system lifecycles, producing validation reports and supporting operational testing. - Generate required deliverables, including Technical Reports, SEMPs, Decision Tables, Technical Assessments, RTVMs, Risk Management Plans, and Validation Reports. - May supervise engineering support staff or task leads as assigned. - Provide both technical and management leadership on engineering-related tasks. - Undertake other responsibilities as needed.
