We are looking for Systems Software Engineers at levels I, II, or III, depending on the qualifications of the candidate.
- Engineer I: This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or career changers with basic coding skills who are eager to learn and grow through hands-on experience and mentorship.
- Engineer II: We seek professionals with over 2 years of experience who can independently participate in system design, testing, and Agile delivery while providing guidance to junior team members.
- Engineer III: This senior role is suitable for seasoned software engineers with over 5 years of experience who can tackle complex problems, drive the technical strategy, mentor others, and influence our modern DevOps and Agile culture.

The starting salary range for a Systems Software Engineer I is $79,760 to $99,700, with potential earnings up to $119,640 based on tenure and strong performance. For a Systems Software Engineer II, the starting range is $90,960 to $113,700, with a maximum potential of $136,440. For a Systems Software Engineer III, starting compensation ranges from $111,920 to $139,900, with a maximum opportunity of up to $167,880. New employees will undergo a twelve-month introductory period. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and value diversity in our organization.
