Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat detection, and incident management
- Experience with enterprise security tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, and vulnerability management
- Familiarity with networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise infrastructure
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS, Azure, and M365
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to evaluate and reduce risk
- Excellent communication skills for documentation, reporting, and cross-team collaboration
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Cybersecurity Analyst II: Minimum of 2 years of relevant cybersecurity or IT security experience
- Cybersecurity Analyst III: At least 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience with proven professional development
- Preferred industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GSEC, GCED, CCSP
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and take action on cybersecurity events, threats, and incidents across network, endpoint, and cloud settings
- Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analyses, coordinating prompt remediation and patch management
- Oversee and maintain cybersecurity systems (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IAM, firewalls, email security)
- Investigate security alerts, identify indicators of compromise (IOCs), and document findings and responses
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish secure configurations and mitigate organizational risk
- (For III level) Lead incident response initiatives, enhance detection and automation processes, and mentor junior team members
