IT Manager - network and systems administration

- Oversee and manage all POS systems across our locations - Ensure system uptime, optimal performance, redundancy, and scalability - Lead the integration of POS with various platforms including membership systems, RFID, LPR, and payment gateways - Collaborate with Operations to enhance lane flow, speed of transactions, and customer experience - Manage AI camera systems for incident review, operational visibility, and risk management - Design and oversee network capacity to support high-bandwidth video systems - Ensure reliable data retention, retrieval, and review processes - Integrate LPR systems with POS and customer experience workflows - Manage RFID infrastructure and readers at all sites - Support tunnel controller systems and their integrations - Ensure connectivity and reliability of backroom equipment - Work with equipment vendors for troubleshooting and system upgrades - Design and maintain the network architecture across all sites - Guarantee redundancy, uptime, and secure connectivity for all systems - Implement cybersecurity protocols and access controls - Establish monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery measures - Manage all IT-related vendor relationships, including vendor selection and negotiation - Reduce system fragmentation through standardization and integration - Maintain the HR technology stack, ensuring accurate data flow across departments - Improve labor visibility and compliance through automation - Create and manage integrations between various systems for seamless operations - Perform light-to-moderate programming, scripting, or API tasks - Build and maintain scalable data architecture and centralized warehousing solutions - Partner with leadership to transform data into actionable insights - Establish IT standards, governance, and security measures for growth facilitation
