Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical IT support experience in a commercial setting
- Proficient in computer networking, data cabling, and patch panel installation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and punctual
- Capable of collaborating with a team to troubleshoot complex issues
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- Physical ability to sit, stand, climb ladders, drive, and lift moderate to heavy equipment
- Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Utilize a ticketing system to monitor and document tasks (ConnectWise Manage)
- Work autonomously as well as with our field and remote support teams to resolve on-site technical challenges
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair new networking and computer hardware
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to address and resolve technical problems
