Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist members, identifying their needs and directing them accordingly. - Communicate efficiently with members and prospects to ascertain their deposit and loan requirements. - Articulate and promote credit union services while engaging with members, using APEX tools. - Execute clerical tasks linked to establishing and managing deposits, loans, and other service offerings. - Aid members in reconciling their accounts, demonstrating sound judgment in exercising approved account management powers. - Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding credit union products offered to our members. - Present a professional demeanor, including appropriate attire and workplace conduct. - Offer insights aimed at enhancing service quality, managing costs, and advocating credit union initiatives. - Perform Loan Originator functions as outlined by Regulation Z, guiding members through loan applications. - Ensure adherence to security protocols for member safety within the safe deposit department under supervision. - Serve as a backup for teller responsibilities when required. - Execute additional duties as directed.
