Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in process automation or ERP implementations. - At least 2 years as a Business Systems Analyst collaborating with software development teams. - Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations in the financial services sector. - Familiarity with accounting principles and practical experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx; advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Python, R) are advantageous. - Strong problem-solving capabilities and a solid grasp of technical challenges. - Proven ability to drive process enhancements and deliver quantifiable business benefits. - Experience with cloud-based financial systems and integrations is preferred. - Exceptional business acumen, communication, and relationship management skills. - Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences. - Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud or Workday) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Engage in a comprehensive transformation of our core financial applications, transitioning to an enterprise Cloud solution to leverage advancements in AI and blockchain technologies. - Assume a hands-on leadership role at the start of a significant initiative, collaborating with various levels within the Finance organization during this developmental stage, with opportunities for growth as the project evolves. - Evaluate current data quality and lead initiatives to cleanse, standardize, and prepare it for migration to the new ERP system. - Analyze and map existing business processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. - Gather and document business requirements for the ERP system through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and engagement. - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls throughout the ERP rollout. - Champion change management efforts, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement. - Collaborate with agile product owners to automate procedures, address vital issues, and achieve outcomes that support effective financial operations. - Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect management. - Provide post-implementation assistance, including training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Assess and recommend new technologies or process improvements to enhance financial operations. - Support existing financial systems (PeopleSoft Financials) during the transition period, ensuring operational continuity and effectively resolving issues.
