Senior AI Researcher, AI.x

- A masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline, or relevant industry experience - Over 7 years of experience in AI and machine learning research and development utilizing Python - More than 7 years of experience in building data pipelines and conducting data analyses with extensive datasets - At least 3 years of experience using AI models to generate business value - Advanced knowledge in machine learning, natural language processing, or generative AI - Strong fundamentals in data science, including experience with SQL and Python data frames (e.g., pandas), as well as data visualization with Python - Solid understanding of computer science principles, including unit testing - Experience deploying LLMs and bringing LLM-integrated applications to production - Proven ability to solve intricate problems using incomplete data or ambiguous situations - Experience mentoring engineers through effective presentations, constructive feedback, and code reviews - A curiosity for emerging technologies and processes, with a dedication to self-improvement and team knowledge-sharing - Excellent communication skills, balancing written and verbal interactions to effectively convey ideas to team members - A commitment to continuous learning and personal development - Demonstrated familiarity with the business domain pertaining to prior projects
