Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in software development, including at least 4 years as a senior engineer in startup or large-scale environments.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience creating complex products, including overseeing their production and operational reliability.
- At least 3 years of experience building applications utilizing AI models to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience developing applications and data pipelines that handle large datasets.
- 3+ years of experience with containers and cloud-native applications, including operational deployment in the public cloud using infrastructure as code.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement GenAI applications that improve the client experience and deliver significant business value.
- Advocate for and apply best practices in reliability, monitoring, observability, and operations for AI systems and data workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise strategies and technical standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting effective practices and a culture of ongoing learning.
- Lead initiatives to solve advanced technical challenges and facilitate rapid iterations from concept to production.
- Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to maintain system health and reliability.
- Advance engineering standards to emphasize operational excellence and quality across projects.
