Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 4-6 years of experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Unix, and Mainframe
- Proficiency in Power BI, UI Path, or Power Automate
- Experience in managing access for multiple applications simultaneously
- Capability to document work procedures
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
- Experience in systems account creation, modification, and removal
- Ability to analyze complex business and system requirements
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams
- Experience with Remedy or similar service management tools is preferred
- Knowledge of IT Security concepts and Access Management principles is preferred
- Desire to enhance technical skills beyond daily responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Administer access and support Schwab-wide production systems in line with Information Security, Privacy, and SOX policies
- Collaborate with internal business partners to design efficient service delivery processes
- Manage access and maintain documentation for High Risk Business applications while troubleshooting access issues
- Work autonomously as well as within teams to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Provide exceptional customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Develop and improve automated solutions
