- Excellent organizational capabilities and strong attention to detail, with proven project management skills. - Demonstrated comprehension of process flows and the ability to pinpoint control gaps that may expose the firm to risk. - Must possess outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to execute process enhancements and solutions. - Proven success in collaborative work, boosting productivity, and designing/implementing innovative ideas. - Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management teams across the organization. - Ability to develop and propose potential solutions and plans for subsequent steps, showing confidence in anticipating challenges and the consequences of decisions to advance projects. - Working knowledge of common and effective risk prevention technology tools and procedures. - Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment with minimal supervision while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency in daily tasks. - Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts is preferred. - UiPath automation development experience is a plus. - Strong skills in MS Access, Excel, and Word.
