Requirements
Must:
- A masters degree or advanced qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Over 7 years of experience in AI and machine learning research and development using Python
- More than 7 years of experience constructing data pipelines and conducting data analyses that interact with extensive datasets
- At least 3 years of experience applying AI models to generate business value
- Advanced knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, and the comprehensive Microsoft AI ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Design, explore, and create innovative AI models and algorithms within the Microsoft Azure and Copilot environments
- Develop AI agents and establish quantitative assessments of the performance of AI solutions
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business leaders to align research with Schwabs corporate strategy
- Promote robust scientific practices and encourage a culture of ongoing learning
- Lead initiatives in addressing challenging technical problems, elevating research standards, and accelerating the transition from concept to implementation
- Infuse curiosity, creativity, and technical expertise to shape Schwabs future in AI
