Life Enrichment Lead

- Plan, coordinate, and implement activities that enrich residents quality of life - Familiarize yourself with each residents activity plan - Engage residents in enjoyable activities, encouraging active participation - Observe and accommodate residents verbal and non-verbal responses during activities - Interact effectively in one-on-one activities based on residents strengths and limitations - Support residents in determining suitable activities - Recommend modifications to the supervisor as necessary - Maintain records and documentation as required - Report any significant observations regarding residents conditions or behavior to the Life Enrichment Supervisor or licensed nurse - Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and ambulating to minimize fall risks - Help residents during mealtimes, including serving meals and assisting those in need - Aid residents in showcasing personal items such as calendars and photos - Deliver and read mail to residents as needed - Assist with seasonal decoration setup and takedown - Ensure a clean and organized environment - Follow infection control protocols - Attend and engage in staff meetings and training sessions - Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Life Enrichment Supervisor
