Requirements
Must:
- Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Authorized to work for any employer (sponsorship not available)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4-6 years of practical experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- Strong proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of core services such as VPC, EC2, EKS/Kubernetes, RDS, and IAM
- In-depth knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, CodeBuild, or similar
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing systems, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Shell, or Go)
- Excellent system design skills, analytical thinking, and complex troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills across teams; experience in leading technical knowledge sharing is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain an integrated operations and platform management system covering resource management, monitoring, configuration management, and automated operations
- Build and operate observability platforms and CI/CD pipelines, developing self-healing systems and automated incident response workflows
- Define development standards and best practices for DevOps; drive standardization of the toolchain, including technology selection and version management
- Provide technical support at the platform level to product and engineering teams, troubleshooting complex system issues, and managing infrastructure upgrades
- Promote SRE principles and engineering practices; organize technical sharing and training sessions, and establish a reliability engineering framework
- Conduct technical research and innovation; monitor industry trends in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, evaluate new technologies, and pursue continuous improvement of the operations platform
