Technology Solutions Administrator

- Assess and analyze current systems to find opportunities for optimization and enhanced functionality. - Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather system requirements, track enhancements, and pinpoint additional features that meet business objectives. - Manage user access, permissions, and configurations across industry-specific vendors and cloud-based SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, Dropbox, Notion, and similar tools. - Work alongside IT teams to design, implement, and integrate new systems while ensuring they align with existing technology architecture. - Resolve system issues and outages both internally and with third-party support providers to ensure quick resolution and minimal business disruption. - Validate system modifications through testing, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with data governance standards. - Implement and uphold data governance practices to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. - Educate users on new systems and features, providing ongoing support and serving as an expert on adopted technologies. - Upgrade and maintain systems by rolling out new releases, enhancements, and models as required. - Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to facilitate project delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints. - Stay informed about emerging technologies, SaaS trends, and technical advancements to proactively suggest improvements.
