Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Full Stack Software Engineer, or in a comparable position.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages, their applications, web application frameworks, and low or no-code products.
- Familiarity with different operating systems and database management systems.
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong technical proficiency focused on executing application architecture plans and utilizing low or no-code solutions when suitable.
- (Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.)
- (Prior experience in project management is a plus.)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate both front-end and back-end applications using a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and low or no-code technologies.
- Partner with the technology team to comprehend the established technical architecture and ensure peak performance during execution.
- Offer direct support to Operations teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Keep abreast of the latest and emerging technologies to enhance the software development and implementation processes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within the current technical solutions during both development and implementation phases.
- Evaluate the business implications of specific technical decisions during software development and suggest changes based on these evaluations.
- Relay updates to stakeholders regarding product development timelines, expenses, and budgets.
- Work collaboratively with organizational leaders and the technology team to pinpoint issues and devise innovative software solutions.
