Technical Product Manager - Agile, SaaS

- Take ownership of Framework & Developer Tools. - Support and maintain existing Framework & Dev Tools capabilities utilized by Developers, Business Consultants, QA, and Technical Consultants. - Respond to technical inquiries from internal stakeholders and serve as an escalation point for platform-related concerns. - Ensure product and technical documentation is accurate and current. - Inform impacted teams about new features, modifications, and recommended practices. - Gather enhancement requests and integrate them into future planning. - Drive the evolution of internal tools to bolster productivity, consistency, and maintainability across the organization. - Provide technical and architectural leadership. - Engage in technical design discussions concerning APIs, services, frameworks, and data models. - Assess architectural proposals and collaborate with engineering leads to promote sound technical decisions. - Advocate for consistent API design, appropriate versioning, and an exceptional developer experience. - Champion scalable microservices patterns, effective integration design, and operational excellence. - Shape product strategy and roadmap. - Own the roadmap for platform APIs, microservices, backend services, and developer tools. - Balance business requirements, customer feedback, and long-term architectural development. - Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to harmonize priorities and maintain platform-wide coherence. - Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. - Oversee execution and delivery. - Decompose complex requirements into well-defined technical user stories. - Work with engineering leads on defining scope, milestones, and success criteria. - Monitor progress across various workstreams and ensure readiness for release. - Identify dependencies early and raise awareness of technical risks. - Foster cross-team collaboration. - Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Business Consulting, and Customer-facing teams. - Facilitate communication across teams engaged with interconnected platform components. - Ensure a consistent understanding of standards, design decisions, and new capabilities. - Assist internal teams in adopting new features and tools.
