Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT within a complex or critical environment
- Strong expertise in:
- network architectures and cybersecurity
- databases (e.g., SQL) and data management
- application systems and integration
- Experience with MES or industrial systems (major asset)
- Experience in multi-client or multi-enterprise environments
- Leadership skills, strong technical credibility, and ability to influence
- Excellent communication skills (with technical and business teams)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) due to international partners and users.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, governance, and IT standards of C2MI
- Manage and enhance the secure collaborative network
- Oversee access management, segmentation, and partner integration
- Ensure data security and protection of intellectual property
- Lead the MES (EYELIT): configuration, access, data structure
- Develop data architecture and integrate scientific equipment
- Supervise IT vendors and assure system performance
- Analyze risks, recommend solutions, and support innovation.
