Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Over 10 years of experience in UX design within financial services or fintech
- Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototype creation
- In-depth knowledge of designing for digital banking processes and compliant financial solutions
- Strong grasp of regulatory aspects and fraud prevention strategies
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Design responsive websites and native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- Create user journeys tailored for online banking, account onboarding, loan applications, payments, and digital customer service processes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design choices
- Develop personas, user flows, information architecture, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
- Maintain and enhance design systems, including components and auto-layouts in Figma
- Ensure adherence to WCAG 2.x, ADA, and relevant regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Technology, Marketing, and Compliance
- Implement design methodologies such as Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD), and the Double Diamond framework

This full-time, on-site contract role, located in McLean, VA, offers competitive pay at $75 per hour.
