Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain CIS Benchmark-aligned hardening modules for various operating systems in cloud environments - Create and secure Amazon Machine Images (AMIs), Azure Images, and GCP VM Images with embedded security controls - Architect and automate pipelines with Packer for building and publishing hardened images - Harden Kubernetes worker nodes and managed groups using CIS controls and baseline workflows - Implement continuous compliance and drift detection using Puppet and other cloud-native tools - Generate automated compliance reports to assess adherence to internal standards and regulatory frameworks - Collaborate with Security and Audit teams to convert policies into automated guardrails - Maintain reusable Puppet modules and structures for scalable hardening across multi-cloud environments - Validate hardened images through testing frameworks - Manage the cloud image lifecycle including creation, validation, signing, and deprecation - Stay updated on CIS Benchmark changes and image security best practices
