Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and support for software and technical systems
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and supporting hardware/software technical systems
- At least 2 years of experience in maintaining, configuring, and supporting Windows servers
- Preferred experience in healthcare with familiarity in EMR systems, such as Practice Med/ModMed, and telecommunication systems
- Proficiency in all Microsoft operating systems
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, power supplies, backup devices, remote management tools, access points, firewalls, routers, switches, network printers, and phone systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills; customer-oriented and approachable
- Valid California Drivers License with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network issues
- Conduct hardware maintenance and upgrades
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
- Manage network devices efficiently
- Enhance system performance
- Provide equipment recommendations as necessary
- Document resolutions to problems
- Oversee inventory related to all equipment
- Set up new user accounts and devices for team members

This full-time position will be based in Santa Maria, with occasional travel expected between all our offices.
