Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in management, consulting, or a related position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on configuring financial systems
- Proven track record in relationship management and vendor oversight
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of PRINCE 2 or PMP project management methodologies and tools
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Great Plains, Conga, EZ Caps is highly advantageous
- Solid grasp of financial and operational technologies, healthcare IT infrastructure, and industry standards (ITIL, HL7, FHIR, etc.)
- Expertise in database management, software development, and application configuration
- Experience with system security protocols and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and integration tools
- Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and lead technical groups
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration strategy and optimization of financial and human resource systems, ensuring operational availability and functionality
- Ensure that updates to systems align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with financial, administrative, and IT teams to gather insights and transform them into system improvements
- Engage with vendors and external partners for system integrations and updates
- Ensure compliance of systems with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and uphold industry standards for data security
- Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for continuous system improvement
- Offer strategic recommendations to enhance workflows, data management, and patient care
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring service delivery matches contractual commitments and assessing vendor performance to maximize value

We are a growing organization known as the Center for Elders Independence, dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, integrated healthcare services for the elderly through a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model. Our approach utilizes an interdisciplinary team for effective care planning and implementation, promoting autonomy and an enhanced quality of life for our clients. This position is based onsite at our Downtown Oakland Headquarters. We offer a competitive salary range of $142,944 to $179,006, which is determined by market benchmarks and relevant experience.
