Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an LMS Administrator role, HRIS, or Human Resources Coordinator
- Prior experience with Workday and SuccessFactors is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, OneNote, Teams, Word, Copilot)
- Strong ability to analyze data using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, graphs, and advanced Excel functions
- Capability to develop intricate spreadsheets and manage systems with high precision and attention to detail
- Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and other e-learning/course creation software
- Proven track record of handling confidential information with utmost professionalism
- Aptitude for independent work while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines; adaptable to changing priorities
- Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and has a reliable work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel 5-10%, including potential overnight trips
- Valid drivers license and required vehicle insurance to access Client and Company premises
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the SuccessFactors/Workday Learning Management System (LMS) by assigning compliance and mandatory courses for global and diverse audiences
- Oversee LMS completions and make necessary course corrections for clients
- Schedule LMS course offerings, establish assignment profiles, create e-learning content, and configure reporting setups. Troubleshoot LMS system errors as needed
- Collaborate with HR and other LMS administrators to create, redesign, or automate custom reports utilizing advanced Excel skills. Handle various ad-hoc reporting requests
- Design and maintain multiple Talent Development SharePoint sites and manage digital files
- Create surveys using MS Forms and analyze feedback with tools like MS Excel and Power BI
- Audit data within Workday, SuccessFactors, and other systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Promote public workshops, leadership development programs, and other initiatives using Viva Engage
- Track participant acceptance and attendance for leadership courses through advanced Excel reporting and the LMS
- Process invoices and submit expense reports
- Provide logistical and administrative support for Talent Development leadership and coaching programs
- Coordinate catering arrangements for leadership development events
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality, adhering to all data privacy regulations and guidelines
